PreDC is a database of predicted and experimentally determined drug combinations. PreDC collects 1,571 known drug combinations spanning 951 drugs, which are compiled from three localities: the Drug Combination Database (DCDB), the therapeutic target database (TTD) and literature. The database also contains 8,686 predictions that are considered as high-confidence based on our analysis. The predicted drug combinations are assigned with two P values: P1 represents the probability of becoming an effective combination and P2 describes the probability of adverse effects for a combination.
